Your coach will provide you with legal navigation through the very murky waters of family litigation. This service provides access to family justice for many people who represent themselves in court and need legal help to help them with their case, but do not need a full-time lawyer to work with them. The goal is to ensure that everyone, regardless of their financial situation, has access to justice and has the knowledge and tools to represent themselves in family law litigation, mediation and/or negotiations. You pay for each session with your trainer according to their hourly rate. For example, if you have five sessions a month with your trainer, you will pay your trainer the hourly fee for each session plus taxes and expenses. Your legal counsel`s primary goal is to help you represent yourself in your family matter in the most effective and efficient manner possible, taking into account the facts of your case. Our paralegal navigators and coaches are paralegals and lawyers with training and experience in family law. Together, they have assisted thousands of clients in family law and divorce. They are available to help you with legal advice, preparation of applications and affidavits, preparation for court or mediation, and many other services so that you can successfully represent yourself.
