Cornell Law Executive Education
In addition to our continuing education programs, we also work with companies and organizations around the world to develop continuing education programs that meet their needs. In the course project, you will examine the cultures and dimensions in which you work, examine how compensation relates to risk, examine the hierarchy in your company, and assess your own leadership style in relation to the cultures in which you work. You will also examine the Greek financial crisis of 2015 and interview an international colleague before creating an action plan for your own future education on the impact of cultural variations on leadership. Our continuing medical education program provides lifelong learning opportunities for physicians and keeps them informed of the latest developments in medicine. The college is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). Comprehensive legal education should understand how the law can function, not only as a tool for promoting clients` specific objectives or as a basis for the promotion of rights, but also as a mechanism for structural inequality and exclusion. This broader view is important for understanding the law not only as it currently works, but also in its ability to change over time. To this end, the courses in this concentration examine the interrelationships between law and inequality, in contemporary and historical dimensions. And rightly so – it`s the manager`s job to communicate strategies, negotiate skillfully, influence team behavior and achieve results. CCE is an offshoot of Cornell`s Land Grant Mission and has educators in each of New York`s 62 boroughs (including New York`s five boroughs).
We work with communities to make experiences and education accessible through a variety of means. Our program areas include community development, environment, agriculture, family and youth, 4-H youth development, nutrition and health, financial management and gardening. Fouad has a wide range of experience gained during his nearly 20 years of service in higher education, including at world-class institutions such as Dartmouth College and Colgate University. In Dartmouth, he worked at the Studentenwerk im Wohnleben and helped faculty consultants work with Academic Affinity Living Learning Communities. At Colgate, he served as Associate Dean of Campus Life, oversaw several departments responsible for the extracurricular experiences of all students on campus, and also spent time as Administrative Dean and worked with students to maximize their Colgate experience. Our range of executive education and training programs explores the U.S.
and international aspects of management. These include executive training, work, workplace and employment, as well as professional development and enrichment. Cornell Law School has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an accredited provider of legal education in New York State. Management trainees and senior executives will find that the Nolan School`s Office of Executive Education offers a variety of programs relevant to hospitality managers. The formats are flexible and tailored to your collaboration: from courses of different lengths on campus to opportunities abroad or online. We also work with customers to customize programs. As a division of COE, Cornell Teambuilding is a nationally recognized leader in experiential team building and leadership development. We offer hands-on training programs at our sites in Ithaca and other locations across the country.
