Although I was primarily an Aldi buyer, not Tesco, I thought it made sense. At first, it was a bit long and tedious as I`m not quick with technology (but still not as long as going to the stores). I use Flexi Saver and book well in advance to easily get the 4-hour window I want, and as I`ve gotten used to building my favorites, it`s become easier and faster. Now I wonder why I`ve never done this before! I shop whenever I want, while having a cup of tea when I can`t sleep, at all times in the comfort and safety of my own home. The orders are usually 100% correct, not too many short appointments (but could be better), the drivers are friendly, respect my space and are very helpful and I can just continue my day until they arrive. At 8am on the day of delivery, I receive an SMS assigning me a time slot of 1 hour among the Flexi-Saver time slot of 4 hours that I have chosen. So simple, it usually costs me £2 for someone to pick up, pack and deliver. It`s just a no-brainer. Well done Tesco, you have achieved this!
