This word, used as a noun, refers to everything that is inseparable from another thing called “main”, is connected, or is connected to, or inherent in it. In this sense, a court baron is an incident for a mansion. Also, less strictly, it refers to anything that is usually associated with another or is connected for specific, though not inseparable, purposes. The event can refer to an event without intention, will, or plan. The broader meaning of “an event considered a separate circumstance” dates back to the mid-15th century. Euphemism meaning “event likely to trigger a political crisis or unrest” first attested in 1913. Circumstances involve a particular detail that participates in an action or event as part of its environment or context.
